Different companies have different hiring needs. As per the Client requirement JobSarthi Consultants has designed Recruitment Model for both types of Recruitment.

Permanent staffing
  • After recruitment, the candidate stays in the company payroll as a permanent employee.

Temporary staffing
  • In case of temporary staffing/ contract staffing the candidate remains in the payroll of the consultant and works with the company for a limited time period.

JobSarthi Consultants recruitment process:

(A) Receipt of job recruitment:

  • Post your job requirement to : Job posting are becoming one of the best ways to find suitable candidates online, Recruiter can post Job Online to our job portal free to recruit a qualified employees. is very simple and easy to use job portal design based on "Y Model".

  • Job description : Recruiter can easily update there job details and job description. introduced a good knowledge base system for our recruiter, where they can easily get FAQ's and Job description which will help them to post their requirement easily and effectively.

  • Job specification : A job specification includes all responsibilities, objectives, and requirements, Specifications also give candidates a better idea of exactly what recruiter are looking for. At any point of time you can change your job specification on our job portal to get exact match of suitable candidate profile.

  • Requirement specification : Recruiter can also modify the job category, salary and no of vacancy on submitted jobs.

(C) Candidate Profile screening:

  • Online applications for pre‐screening : JSC follows two way profile screening. First we accepts the job applications from candidate with their updated resume and on the other end we try to contact our registered candidate for their profile updation and performing day to day counselling for updating their resume.

  • Pre-Screening Telephonic Interview : JSC follow the step by step process for recruiting the candidate, for that we would not share our shortlisted candidate list to clients without verifying and knowing the candidate expectation and their knowledge. Our first methodology to test suitable candidate by their telephonic round of interview then we conduct second round of interview.

  • Assessment Test : JSC will conduct an assessment test for shortlisted candidate to check their logics and knowledge.

  • Verification of References & Current Company : JSC will verify the references and do all background Verification of candidate current company and previous company as well.

(E) Selection And Boarding:

  • Candidate Hiring Confirmation : JSC provides duel side confirmation of candidate selection process. Once candidate got selected by our recruiter company, we believe to get confirmation email from our recruiter company about relevant candidate hiring for respective profile. JSC team will get confirmation from candidate about offering job and update to our recruiter company about the same.

  • Complete Medical Examination : JSC believe idioms "Health is Wealth". That's why selected candidate will goes for Medical examination to check whether he/she is physically fit for the job or not.

  • Back Ground Verification from TPV : We follow the 3 level of background verification to ensure about genuine candidate profiles for our recruiter. First our JSC team will verify candidate required documents, references and current employer details. On second level we will send physical address verification of candidate resident and office address and in last we send their profiles to TPV team for their education document verification.

  • Appointment for Joining the candidate : Once pre joining formalities will completed by JSC and our recruiter company. JSC will send the final joining appointment letter to selected candidate and updating to Recruiter Company.

(B) Searching candidate profile:

  • JSC database search : JSC having advanced matching technology that delivers the most relevant candidates based on posted job criteria in our offline shortlisted database. We Search suitable candidates profile by skills, location, work experience, salary expectation and more.

  • Search in portal : If JSC recruiter fails to find suitable candidate profile in offline company database then we have our own portal where we can search a large database of candidates.

  • Our network consultants and partners : JSC believe on team work, we have large number of Consultants and Partners on our network who are able to fulfil the client requirements.

  • Advertisement with news portal and other resources : Our first but not least motto to provide best services to our clients and fulfil their requirement. We make best news for our portal advertisement and post it on some other classified as well to get more candidates from outer world of JobSarthi.

(D) Process Interview:

  • Interview by Experts to shortlist the final candidate : JSC conduct technical and HR round of Interviews for screened candidates with our industry experts.

  • Practical & Aptitude Test If required : JSC will take Practical & Aptitude test if it is required for any level of candidate for technical or non-technical profiles.

  • Final Interview By Authorized Employers : JSC schedules final round of Interview with Authorized employers for selecting the candidate as per their need.

  • Conduct Final Discussion With HR : After selecting the candidate from above process we arrange HR round of interview with recruiter HR to finalize the candidate. Where they can discuss about salary, policy and work profiles.
